Delta Kits Headlight Restoration Sanding Disc - 3-hole- 600 grid (HLS-600H)
If you are using a random orbital sander with an external dust extraction outlet like our METABO SXE400, you can use these discs to reduce the dust during sanding.
The 180 grit sanding disc can be used for initial sanding on headlights that have severe discoloration.
If you use the HLC2PROT coating, we recommend to sand with 320 grid, followed by 600 and 1500 grid. To finish polish with the 3000 grid disc.
Using Infinity 4.1 coating requires these discs: 320 grid followed by 500, 800, 1200 and 1500 grid. Additionally you can use a 2000 grid disc before polishing with the 3000 grid polish disc.
